How We Price Every Job
Junk removal pricing depends on four things: how much space your items take up in our truck, how heavy they are, how difficult they are to move, and where on the property they are. We assess all of these when we arrive and give you a flat, all-in price before a single item is loaded.
The price covers everything: our labor, the truck, transportation, disposal fees, and any recycling or donation drop-offs. There are no add-ons, no fuel surcharges, and no changes to the price once we have agreed.
Typical Price Ranges in Silverdale
Single items (one sofa, one mattress, one appliance): $75 – $175 depending on size, weight, and access.
Small loads (a few items, a partial truckload): $150 – $350.
Medium loads (half a truck — a garage cleanout, a room cleanout): $300 – $550.
Large loads (full truck — full property cleanout, estate cleanout, large construction debris): $500 – $800+
These are representative ranges. Your actual price depends on the specific items and scope. Call us and describe what you have — we can often give you a ballpark before we arrive.
Why We Do Not Charge By the Hour
Hourly pricing creates uncertainty for you and an incentive for us to work slowly. We do not think that is a fair way to run a business. Flat-rate pricing means you know exactly what you are paying, we have an incentive to work efficiently, and there are no awkward conversations at the end of the job.
What Affects the Final Price
Volume — How much of our truck your items fill.
Weight — Heavy materials (concrete, tile, appliances) cost more to dispose of than light debris.
Access — Items on upper floors, in tight spaces, or requiring disassembly take more labor.
Type of material — Hazardous materials cannot be included. Construction debris and concrete are heavier per cubic foot than furniture.
What We Cannot Remove
We cannot haul hazardous materials including motor oil, gasoline, paint, solvents, propane tanks, asbestos-containing materials, or medical/biohazardous waste. If you are unsure about an item, call us and we will tell you directly.
