1. Agreement to Terms

By contacting, scheduling, or using the services of Silverdale Junk Co (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and related services we provide.

2. Services

Silverdale Junk Co provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and debris removal services in Silverdale and Kitsap County, Washington. The scope of each job is confirmed on-site before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are flat-rate and confirmed on-site before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $30 returned check fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You represent that you own or have legal authority over all items to be removed. You are responsible for ensuring items do not contain hazardous materials. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the job site.

5. Items We Cannot Remove

We cannot remove hazardous materials including: motor oil, gasoline, paint, solvents, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, or biohazardous materials.

6. Damage and Liability

We take care to avoid damage to your property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service at issue.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours before appointment) may incur a fee of up to $50.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes shall be resolved in Kitsap County, Washington.
